Vital Wave Hub is committed to building a trusted wellness directory and community. This Practitioner Verification Policy explains how practitioner, business, vendor, educator, and organization information may be reviewed or verified.

Verification Status

Unless a listing is specifically marked as verified, users should not assume that Vital Wave Hub has independently verified the practitioner, business, credentials, certifications, licenses, claims, services, products, or qualifications associated with a listing.

What Verification May Include

When verification is offered, it may include reviewing information such as:

Contact information
Website ownership
Business registration details
Professional credentials
Certifications
Licensing information
Training background
Technology or modality affiliations
Proof of authorization to manage a listing

Verified Badge

Vital Wave Hub may introduce verified badges or verification indicators. A verified badge means only that certain information has been reviewed according to Vital Wave Hub’s internal process at the time of verification.

A verified badge does not guarantee quality, results, safety, effectiveness, legal compliance, medical accuracy, or suitability for any specific user.

Practitioner Responsibility

Practitioners, businesses, vendors, educators, and organizations are responsible for keeping their information accurate, current, truthful, and compliant with applicable laws and professional requirements.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging with any practitioner, business, vendor, product, service, event, or educational program listed on Vital Wave Hub.

Users should independently confirm credentials, licensing, training, experience, and suitability before making decisions related to wellness, healthcare, products, services, or education.

Changes to Verification

Verification may expire, be removed, or be revised if information changes, becomes inaccurate, cannot be confirmed, or if Vital Wave Hub determines that verification is no longer appropriate.
