Profile
The practitioners at Your Brain is in Charge LENS NeuroFeedback have been pleased to offer Low Energy Neurofeedback to patients since 2021.
With Low Energy Neurofeedback, sensors are placed on the body or scalp to measure the electrical activity at the location.
Low Energy Neurofeedback picks up electrical activity, then sends a tiny, imperceptible electrical signal back to the brain to show the brain what is happening. When the brain can see what is happening it has an opportunity to reorganize to help improve the way the central nervous system self-regulates, and helps it get back into a balanced, or un-stuck, state.
Treatment is very gentle & you just sit and relax for a short, 15-30-minute session.
