Claim Your Listing

Already listed on Vital Wave Hub? Claim your listing to gain control of your profile, update your information, respond to reviews, and unlock additional features available through your membership plan.

How Claiming a Listing Works

If your business, practice, or organization already appears in the Vital Wave Hub directory, you can request ownership of the listing by completing the Claim form.

Step 1:  Find your business listing

Step 2:  Find and Click on the “Claim” button

Step 3:  Complete the Claim Request form

Provide the requested information, including:

  • Your name and contact information

  • The business or organization name

  • The URL of the listing you wish to claim

  • Your relationship to the business

  • Any supporting information that helps verify ownership

Step 4:  Verification Review

Once your request has been submitted, our team will review the information provided and verify that you are authorized to manage the listing.

Additional verification may be requested if necessary.

Step 5:  Ownership Approval

If your request is approved, the listing will be assigned to your Vital Wave Hub account.

You will receive confirmation by email with instructions on how to access and manage your listing.

Step 6:  Update and Enhance Your Profile

After ownership has been transferred, you can:

  • Update your business information

  • Add or modify services

  • Upload images and media

  • Update contact information

  • Respond to reviews (where available)

  • Enhance your listing through available membership options

Important Information

Submitting a claim request does not guarantee approval. Vital Wave Hub reserves the right to verify ownership and deny requests that cannot be adequately validated.
