Purpose

Vital Wave Hub is designed to help visitors discover trusted wellness professionals, businesses, educators, vendors, events, technologies, and services.

These Listing Submission Guidelines explain what is expected when submitting or managing a listing on Vital Wave Hub.

Who May Submit a Listing

Listings may be submitted by practitioners, wellness professionals, educators, vendors, businesses, organizations, and service providers that support wellness, connection, education, personal growth, and related services.

Accurate Information

All submitted information must be accurate, truthful, current, and not misleading.

Listing owners are responsible for updating their listing if information changes.

Permitted Listings

Vital Wave Hub may accept listings related to:

  • Wellness services
  • Holistic health services
  • Biofeedback and frequency wellness
  • Wellness coaching
  • Nutrition services
  • Massage therapy
  • Acupuncture
  • Light therapy
  • Energy and frequency wellness
  • Wellness education and training
  • Wellness technology and products
  • Business services supporting wellness professionals

Prohibited Listings

Vital Wave Hub may reject or remove listings that include:

  • False or misleading claims
  • Unsupported medical claims
  • Illegal products or services
  • Adult content
  • Gambling
  • Tobacco or nicotine products
  • Cannabis or recreational drugs
  • Firearms or weapons
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Spam or duplicate submissions
  • Multi-level marketing or network marketing programs
  • Any content Vital Wave Hub determines is inappropriate

Images and Media

Images, logos, videos, and media must be professional, relevant, and owned or properly licensed by the listing owner.

Do not upload images that violate copyright, privacy, or intellectual property rights.

Categories and Tags

Listing owners should select the category that best describes their primary service, specialty, or area of expertise.

Tags should describe services, specialties, technologies, certifications, modalities, or wellness approaches.

No Medical Claims

Listings should not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition unless such claims are legally permitted and properly supported.

Review and Approval

Vital Wave Hub reserves the right to review, approve, reject, edit, suspend, or remove listings at any time.
