This Refund Policy applies to directory memberships, featured listings, advertising placements, digital products, webinars, educational programs, sponsorship opportunities, and other paid services offered by Vital Wave Hub.

Directory Memberships

Unless otherwise stated in writing, membership fees for Starter, Growth, Professional, and future membership plans are non-refundable.

Users may cancel future renewals at any time, however previously paid membership fees will not be refunded.

Featured Listings

Featured listing fees are non-refundable once the listing has been activated or published.

Advertising and Sponsorships

Advertising, sponsorship, promoted content, banner advertising, and marketing placements are generally non-refundable once approved, scheduled, or published.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, downloads, templates, guides, reports, and educational materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Events, Webinars, and Educational Programs

Specific events, webinars, or educational programs may have their own refund policies. Where applicable, those policies will take precedence.

Exceptional Circumstances

Vital Wave Hub may, at its sole discretion, issue partial or full refunds in exceptional situations.

Any such refund shall not create an obligation to provide refunds in future cases.

Chargebacks

Users are encouraged to contact Vital Wave Hub before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of account access.

Changes to This Policy
