The Empowering U Center has independent contractor Practitioners offering Stress Management Services from Biofeedback, Talk Therapy, Family Therapy, Massage Therapy, and Reiki to Holistic Stress and Anxiety Management Therapy. By appointment only. The Empowering U Center is also the headquarters of the non-Profit, Pillars of Light and Love which empowers youth and adults to lead confident and happy lives. Pillars offers workshops, support groups and programs at the Empowering U Center.
